1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Bananuit (“Bananuit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the Bananuit mobile application and any related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.

A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use the Services is responsible for supervising that minor’s use of the Services and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

The age rating displayed on the App Store provides information about the type of content that may appear in Bananuit. It does not replace applicable legal requirements regarding contractual capacity, parental permission, or data-protection consent.

You must not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
